* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Betty Grace
Betty Eileen Grace, 77, 110 Bayview Drive, Celina, died at 8:24 a.m. Dec. 7, 2007, at Briarwood Manor Nursing Home, Coldwater.
She was born Feb. 7, 1930, in St. Marys, to James Smith and Alma Lehman Casperson. Her first husband, Charles McCain, and her second husband, Harold Grace Jr., are deceased.
Surviving are a son, Larry (Connie) McCain, Celina; a daughter, Sharon Sharpe, Celina; three sisters, Kathryn Yaney and Nancy Hendricks, both of Celina, and Gloria (Dick) Mason, Marion; and seven grandchildren, three stepgrandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and seven stepgreat-grandchildren.
Deceased are an infant son, Steven McCain; and two sisters, Mary Margaret and Barbara Ellen Casperson.
She retired from the former Celina Coffee Shop, where she worked for more than 30 years. She was a member of Abounding Grace Church, Celina.
Services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Rick Brosher officiating. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
