* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Ida Marie Voskuhl
Former Fort Recovery resident Ida Marie Voskuhl, 91, died at 10:35 a.m. Dec. 9, 2007, at Heritage Manor Nursing Home, Minster.
She was born March 25, 1916, in St. Peter, to Henry and Sophia Weigel Ontrop. On June 1, 1946, she married Wiro Voskuhl, who died May 27, 1997.
Surviving are three daughters, Marilyn (Tom) Rauch, Dayton, Margery (Wayne) Ziegenbusch, New Bremen, and Patricia (Mike) Zehringer, Bellbrook; and six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Deceased are five brothers, Cyril, Eugene and Urban Ontrop, and her triplet brothers, Candus and Sylvester Ontrop; and a sister, Theresia Ontrop.
She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church and its Christian Mothers Sodality, and Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, New Bremen.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, the Rev. Thomas Dorn officiating. Burial is at St. Peter Cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-9:45 a.m. Wednesday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
