* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Mary Jo Shope
Montezuma native Mary Jo Shope, 82, 312 W. 700 S., Portland, Ind., died at 11:55 p.m. Dec. 15, 2007, at Hospice of Dayton.
She was born March 10, 1925, in Montezuma, to Bernard and Caroline Leiser Huelsman. In 1945, she married Albert Lennartz, who died in 1970. On April 4, 1975, she married Levi Shope, who survives.
Other survivors are two sons, Albert (Ann) Lennartz, Boone, Iowa, and Herbert (Linda) Lennartz, Westville, Ind.; four daughters, Marguerite (William) Krein, Kettering, Paula Lennartz and Tina (William) Bechtol, all of Fort Recovery; and Denice Theurer, Portland; two stepsons, Rotch (Laurinda) Shope and Kenneth (Gail) Shope, all of Portland; a brother, Cletus Huelsman, Dayton; 16 grandchildren, six stepgrandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 17 stepgreat-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother; three infant brothers; and six sisters.
She was a 1943 graduate of Coldwater High School.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, Fort Recovery, the Rev. Charles Mullen officiating. Burial is at St. Marys Cemetery, Fort Recovery.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
