* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette IN, Franklin IN, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union IN and Wayne, the following counties, in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette OH, Franklin OH, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union OH and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Victor Billerman
Victor J. Billerman, 69, 209 Northview Drive, Coldwater, died Jan. 21, 2008, at his residence.
He was born Nov. 9, 1938, in Ohio, to John and Christine Muhlenkamp Billerman. His first wife, Dorothy Broeker, died in 1979. His second wife, Judy Bonvillian, survives.
Other survivors are three daughters, Donna Billerman and Laurie (Jeff) Temple, all of Coldwater, and Karen (Rick) Young, Portland; a stepdaughter Lisa Cowan, Coldwater; two brothers, Paul and Henry, both of Celina; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a sister-in-law, Velma; and a grandchild.
He retired from the former New Idea plant in Coldwater. He was a member of the American Legion and the Fraternal Order of Eagles, both of Coldwater.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater. Burial is at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater, and one hour prior to services Friday at the funeral home.
