Sister Marlene Voisard
Former Russia resident Sister Marlene Voisard, 73, of Dayton, died Jan. 19, 2008 at the Maria-Joseph Living Care Center, Dayton.
She was born Feb. 3, 1934, in Dayton, to William and Viola Watren Voisard.
Survivors are a brother, Edward (Pat), St. Marys; two sisters, Ruthann Voisard and Clara Jane (John) Kayser, all of Lima.
She entered the Sisters of the Precious Blood in 1953 and taught for 20 years in elementary schools in Linton, N.D., Wapakoneta, Miamisburg and Coldwater.
Funeral Mass is 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Salem Heights Convent, Dayton, where a wake service will be held at 11 a.m., prior to Mass.
Calling is 5-7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the convent.    Arrangements are being handled by Baker-Hazel & Snider Funeral Home, Dayton.
