* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette IN, Franklin IN, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union IN and Wayne, the following counties, in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette OH, Franklin OH, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union OH and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Edward Robbins
Former Fort Recovery resident Edward J. Robbins, 92, of The Gardens at St. Henry, died at 9:01 a.m. Jan. 21, 2008, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
He was born Oct. 18, 1915, in Fort Recovery, to Joseph and Frances Kuhl Robbins.
Survivors are a brother, Harold, San Diego, Calif.; and a sister-in-law, Betty, Fort Wayne, Ind.
Deceased are three brothers, Victor, the Rev. Charles and Elmer; and five sisters, Helen Werling, Lucy Jackson, Lillian Powell, Minnie Harris and Cleo Wappelhorst.
He was a retired farmer. He was a member of Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus, both of Fort Recovery.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Charles Mullen officiating. Burial is at St. Marys Cemetery, Ft. Recovery.
Calling is 4-7 p.m. Wednesday and 9-10 a.m. Thursday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Ft. Recovery. The Knights of Columbus will conduct a prayer service at 6:50 p.m. Wednesday.
