* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1045 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Rockford, Moulton, Mendon, Buckland, Neptune, Tama, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Kossuth and Chattanooga.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Patricia Sipe
Patricia J. Sipe, 79, of Willshire, died at 2:30 p.m. Jan. 26, 2008, at The Good Shepherd Hospice in Auburndale, Fla.
She was born Aug. 25, 1928, in Adams County, Ind., to Thompson R. and Allie M. Bender Noll. On March 28, 1948, she married Doyt L. Sipe, who survives.
Other survivors are three daughters, Sandra K. (Dale) Schwartz, New Bremen, Carolyn S. Archer, Decatur, Ind., and Susan A. (Duane) Roehm, Willshire; a daughter-in-law, Dennis (Marcia) Hoffhines, Rockford; two brothers, Franklin "Tom" (Shirley) Noll and Robert E. (Bonnie) Noll, all of Decatur; a sister, Juanita M. Myers, Decatur; 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Ronald D.; two brothers, Richard B. Noll and Carl T. Noll; two sisters, Eloise A. Noll and Mary M. Neireiter.
Services are 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Decatur Church of God, the Revs. Dr. Robert Brink and Sandy Hildebrand officiating. Burial is at Decatur Cemetery.
Calling is 1-3 and 4-8 p.m. Thursday at Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur, and one hour prior to the service on Friday at the church.
Contributions can be made to the Van Wert Heart Association or Family Hospice of Northeast Indiana, Berne, or the Decatur Church of God.
