Christopher Knotts
Christopher H. Knotts, 40, 651 Bruns Ave., Celina, died at 12:56 p.m. Feb. 9, 2008, at home. An autopsy is pending.
He was born April 3, 1967, in Dayton to Martin and Ledean Polite Knotts. His father survives in Georgia; his mother is deceased. On March 14, 1997, he married Carol Smith, who survives in Celina.
Other survivors are a son, Martin III, Fort Hood, Texas; a stepson, Andrew Fogt, Sidney; a stepdaughter, Danielle Fogt, Sidney; three brothers, Martin II (Kimberly), Melvin (Patsy) and John, all of Toledo; two sisters, Lilard of Texas and Lisa, address unknown; and a grandmother, Ethelda Hensley, Austin, Texas.
He was employed at AAP Corporation in St. Marys and formerly worked at Continental Express, Inc., Sidney, Tom Klingshirn & Sons Trucking Company, Burkettsville, and Gavit Paving, North Star. He was a member of the Celina Moose Lodge and the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Celina.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, the Rev. Steve Clayton officiating. Burial will follow in North Grove Cemetery in Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
