Celina City Council members want changes made on a proposal to relocate the Pullman Bay Park entrance.

ST. MARYS - Stray dogs, vicious dogs, dogs running loose have become a big problem in an east side neighborhood. One council member fears at least one child in the city is going to be badly injured because of this problem.
