Light snow is expected to develop across the area after midnight, shifting to the southeast through the predawn hours. This band of light snow will affect the region by the Thursday morning commute, eventually pushing south of the area by mid- morning.
Minor snow accumulations of less than an inch are expected, but cold ground conditions will allow for quick accumulation on any untreated surfaces. The main impacts are expected to be reduced visibilities and some slick spots on untreated surfaces.
Motorists should exercise caution. Plan extra time for the Thursday morning commute.

Rose Hinshaw
Rose E. Hinshaw, 67, 113 W. Butler St., Fort Recovery, died at 2:38 a.m. Aug. 2, 2008, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born June 30, 1941, in Barbourville, Ky., to Nim and Celia Goodin Partin. On Aug. 6, 1967, she married Jay Hinshaw, who survives.
Other survivors are two sons, Brian "Scott" and Craig, both of Fort Recovery; a daughter, Kathi (David) Shauver, Fort Recovery; and four grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother Shelby.
She was a member of the Church of the Nazarene, Fort Recovery, and a 1959 graduate of Fort Recovery High School.
Services are 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. Dennis Kelley officiating.
Calling is 6-7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the church.
Arrangements are being handled by Brockman- Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
