Light snow is expected to develop across the area after midnight, shifting to the southeast through the predawn hours. This band of light snow will affect the region by the Thursday morning commute, eventually pushing south of the area by mid- morning.
Minor snow accumulations of less than an inch are expected, but cold ground conditions will allow for quick accumulation on any untreated surfaces. The main impacts are expected to be reduced visibilities and some slick spots on untreated surfaces.
Motorists should exercise caution. Plan extra time for the Thursday morning commute.

Judith Schoen
Judith A. Schoen, 63, 35 Riley St., Montezuma, died at 10:10 a.m. August 3, 2008, at Briarwood Manor, Coldwater. Death was due to natural causes.
She was born Dec. 3, 1944, in Celina, to James and Marie Gephart Findlay. On April 22, 1978, she married Henry Schoen, who survives.
Other survivors are a son, Joe, Montezuma; and a brother, Jim (Virginia), Coldwater.
She had worked at the former Huffy Corporation, Celina and was a homemaker. She was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Montezuma. She was a member of the Montezuma Village Council and a1963 graduate of Celina High School.
Funeral Mass is 11:30 a.m. Tuesday a the church, the Rev. James Dugal officiating. Burial is at a later date.
Calling is 9-11 a.m. Tuesday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
