* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 AM this morning to 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Periods of light snow can be expected tonight with some scattered snow showers then lingering into Monday morning. Snow totals of around an inch or less will be possible. Increasing winds later tonight and Monday morning will support blowing snow, primarily in rural areas.
Challenging travel conditions will be possible starting tonight and continuing through the day on Monday. Use caution and allow for extra time to reach your destination.

Bernice Miller
Bernice M. Miller, 97, formerly of 1100 Myers Road, Celina, died Oct. 9, 2008, at Golden Living Center, St. Marys.
She was born June 12, 1911, in Celina, to Willis and Sarah Crouch Fifer. On Aug. 6, 1929, she married Corwin Miller, who died Oct. 6, 1974.
Surviving are a son, Robert L. of Bois Blanc Island, Mich.; four grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are an infant daughter, Alice Jean; a son, Corwin Jr. "Doc"; a daughter-in-law, Shirley Arthur Miller; a sister, Margaret Hight; and a brother, Lawrence Fifer.
Services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, the Revs. Randy Christian and Bruce Head officiating. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery, Rockford.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
