A charge of vehicular homicide was filed against Douglas M. Heitkamp, 24, 6215 Depweg Road, Celina, in relation to a three-vehicle crash on Sept. 15 that killed Todd L. Adams of Celina.
A malfunction in an attic exhaust fan prompted a partial evacuation of the Otterbein St. Marys Retirement Center on Sunday afternoon.
No one was injured in the incident.

Marion Local gets a shot to defend title
ELIDA - The Marion Local Flyers completed a dominant run at the Division IV regional volleyball tournament Saturday with a quick three-game dismantling of the Leipsic Vikings at the Elida Fieldhouse.
FINDLAY - The story book finish to the St. Henry Redskin volleyball team season ended Saturday afternoon, but they added yet another chapter to the story as they took the number one-ranked and defending Division III state champion Lima Central Catholic T-Birds to the brink of elimination.
