* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1045 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 421 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area, with numerous roads remaining closed due to high water. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Alvina Thieman
Alvina L. Thieman, 96, 70 N. Lincoln St., Minster, died at 9:35 a.m. Dec. 13, 2008, at Heritage Manor Nursing Center, Minster.
She was born Oct. 27, 1912, in Egypt to Joseph and Katherine Hoehne Meyer. On Nov. 20, 1941, she married Raymond H. Thieman, who died March 30, 1995.
Surviving are two sons, Kenneth and Gary (Rose), all of Minster; a sister, Mathilda Fortman, Minster; four grandchildren and two great-grandsons.
Deceased are siblings and their spouses, Justina and Edward Schmitmeyer, Rose Meyer, Emma and Julius Baumer, Lawrence Meyer and Edward Meyer.
She was a homemaker and a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, and its St. Monica Ladies Sodality.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
