At 806 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Monroe, moving northeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northwestern Mercer County.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.

Robert Roetgerman
Robert J. Roetgerman, 61, 15 Rummel Creek Drive, New Bremen, died at 4:30 p.m. Dec. 16, 2008, in Henry County, Ind., as the result of an auto accident.
He was born Oct. 2, 1947, in Piqua, to Robert and Lucille Westerheide Roetgerman. On May 2, 1966, he married Nancy Prenger, who survives.
Other survivors are two sons, Jeff (Donna), Minster, and Jason (Amy), Indianapolis; three daughters, Jennifer, Denver, Colo., Joyce (Kelly) Niekamp, Dublin, and Julie (Rick) Jordan, Moreland Hills; three brothers, Tom (Becky), Jack, and Ed (Joyce), all of Minster; two sisters, Kathy (Bob) Kinsella, Sidney, and Lisa (John) Inskeep, Minster; and nine grandchildren.
He worked at Crown Equipment Corp. in New Bremen, and was a Minster School board of education member for eight years. He graduated from Minster High School in 1964 and earned an Associate Degree from Wright State University, Dayton.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-7 p.m. Sunday and 9-10 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
In lieu of gifts and flowers, contributions can be made to the Robert Roetgerman Scholarship Fund, c/o Minster High School.
