MINSTER - Minster Local Schools could receive an additional $1.7 million in revenue in fiscal year 2010 under Ohio Gov. Ted Strickland's budget proposal. However, school Treasurer Laura Klosterman told board of education members Monday night the figures are based on a fully funded model.
