Students place 2nd in national 2009 STEM Challenge
ROCKFORD - Three Parkway students went to Columbus, built their first robot together, and brought home a second-place trophy from the 2009 STEM Challenge, part of the National Robotics Challenge. [More]
Local emergency agencies have yet to comply with a three-year-old federal law ordering them to establish care plans for pets following disasters.
Their reason for stalling is simple: their budgets currently don't allow it.
A class of third-grade students at Fort Recovery Elementary learned where their food comes from Thursday morning.
They also were encouraged to join the high school FFA when they come of age.
Bids are being taken by the Mercer County commissioners for bridge materials needed for three upcoming projects.
All submitted bids will be opened at 1:30 p.m. March 10 at the commissioners' office at the Central Services Building in Celina.
FORT RECOVERY - Village residents Theodore and Alison Homan will not need to make changes to their property even though an addition on their home encroaches on Fort Recovery's right of way.
