Locations impacted include... Celina, Wapakoneta, St. Marys, Ada, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, St. Henry, Cridersville, Union City, Anna, Fort Loramie, Jackson Center, Fort Recovery, Botkins, Lakeview, New Knoxville, Dunkirk, Alger, and Waynesfield.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 100 and 117.

Verna Howard
Verna M. Howard, 97, 806 W. Logan St., Celina, died at 12:07 p.m. March 7, 2009, at The Laurels of Shane Hill, Rockford.
She was born Jan. 25, 1912, in Parker City, Ind., to William and Iona Roebuck Hole.
Surviving are three nieces, Marty Schaadt, Celina, Marianna Sutton, Rockford, and Verna Winkler, Van Wert; and numerous great nieces and nephews.
Deceased are a brother, Kester "Bud" Hole; and a sister, Inez Wollet.
She had worked for the Ball Brothers Glass Company, Muncie, Ind., and also as a dietitian at Heartland Hospital, Baldwin Park, Calif. After retiring, she moved back to Ohio in 1976.
Services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. John Nunnally officiating. Burial is at Riverside Cemetery, Rockford.
Calling is 10-11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
