* WHEN...Until 315 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 911 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in Wapakoneta, southwest of Kenton, and throughout Logan County. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Wapakoneta, Kenton, Russells Point, Lakeview, Waynesfield, Belle Center, West Mansfield, Chippewa Park, Northwood, Roundhead, Mount Victory, Rushsylvania, Mcguffey, Huntsville, Ridgeway, Uniopolis, State Route 195 at State Route 235, Jumbo, Walton and New Hampshire.

Rita Boeckman
Rita S. Boeckman, 86, 810 Bernard Court, Coldwater, died at 10:42 a.m. June 8, 2009, at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
She was born April 16, 1923, in St. Peter, to Lawrence and Theresa Jacobs Will. On Oct. 16, 1943, she married Richard Boeckman, who died Feb. 14, 2004.
Surviving are three sons, Terry (Margie) Boeckman, Coldwater, Mike (Darcy) Boeckman, Bay Village, and Rick (Shirley) Boeckman, Coldwater; four daughters, Karen (Terry) Wenning, Coldwater, Deb (Tom) Ritter, New Jersey, Lori Boeckman, Coldwater, and Angie (Tom) Borders, Portland, Ind.; a brother, Vero (Henrietta) Will, Fort Recovery; four sisters, Rosella (Harold) Broering, Cassella, Jane (Gene) Ballweg, Chickasaw, Sister Laura Will, CPPS, and Sister Patricia Will, CPPS, both of Dayton; a sister-in-law, Mildred Will, St. Peter; 14 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Luke Will; and three sisters, Anna Marie Diller, Dorothy Sliemers, and Sister Ruth Will, CPPS.
She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church and its St. Ann's Rosary Altar Sodality, and a former member of Phi Beta Psi Sorority, Coldwater.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Richard Walling officiating. Burial is at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. today and 9-10 a.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
