* WHEN...Until 315 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 911 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in Wapakoneta, southwest of Kenton, and throughout Logan County. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Wapakoneta, Kenton, Russells Point, Lakeview, Waynesfield, Belle Center, West Mansfield, Chippewa Park, Northwood, Roundhead, Mount Victory, Rushsylvania, Mcguffey, Huntsville, Ridgeway, Uniopolis, State Route 195 at State Route 235, Jumbo, Walton and New Hampshire.

Jack Tribolet
Jack J. Tribolet, 72, of Van Wert, died at 2:33 a.m. June 9, 2009, at Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center.
He was born Sept. 13, 1936, in Van Wert, to Chester and Marcile McCollum Tribolet. On May 18, 1958, he married Barbara J. Kesler, who survives.
Other survivors are two sons, Scott (Michelle) Tribolet, Rockford, and Jason Tribolet, Celina; three daughters, Teresa (Virgil) Simindinger and Lisa (Marcus "Gale") Simindinger, all of Van Wert, and Christa (Richard) McNaughton, Celina; a brother, Gary (Eunice) Tribolet, Van Wert; two sisters, Patricia Klewer and Nancy (William) Evans, all of Van Wert; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Deceased is an infant son, Brian Tribolet.
He retired from the former Aeroquip Corporation, Van Wert, where he worked as a tow motor operator. He was a member of Trinity Friends church, Van Wert. He was a 1954 graduate of the former Ohio City-Liberty High School and served as the coordinator of all the class reunions and trips. He also served for more than 40 years on the "chains" at Van Wert High School football games and coached youth baseball in the Van City Parks Leagues.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. Steve Savage officiating. Burial is at Woodland Cemetery, Van Wert.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Friday at the Brickner Funeral Home, Van Wert.
