With the Marion Local Schools board of education approving a land purchase Monday night, their holdings will extend over the fence at right. A strip of grass as well as the fence separate Marion Local High School to the left and 14 acres of land being sold by the Alice Pohlman family for $147,000. Closing is expected after Jan. 1.
