* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Western Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio... North Central Shelby County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1015 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 714 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, St. Henry, Rockford, New Knoxville, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, Maria Stein, State Route 116 at State Route 197 and Chattanooga.

D. Richard Raudabaugh
D. Richard Raudabaugh, 83, formerly of 914 Windsor Circle, Celina, died at 9:50 p.m. Jan. 6, 2010, at the Genessis Health Care Center of Good Samaritan Hospital, Zanesville.
He was born June 13, 1926, in Celina to Duard and Ethel Beryl Wurster Raudabaugh. On Dec. 2, 1950, he married Joyce Archbold, who died July 10, 1986.
Surviving are a son, Blair Raudabaugh, Celina; a daughter, Peggy (Eric) Clapper, Zanesville; a sister, Madonna (George) Barr, Albuquerque, N.M.; a sister-in-law, Ruth Raudabaugh, Medina; and three grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Linda Raudabaugh; and two brothers William and Donald Raudabaugh.
He retired as a supervisor at the former New Idea plant in Coldwater after 38 years. He later worked as a groundskeeper at the Wright State University-Lake Campus, Celina. He was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, American Legion, Loyal Order of Masons Lodge and Royal Arch Masons, all of Celina. He graduated from Celina High School then served in the U.S. Navy during World War II as a motor machinist's Mate Third Class in the South Pacific.
Private graveside services are Sunday at North Grove Cemetery in Celina, the Rev. Jeff Conrad officiating.
There are no calling hours.
