* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Johanna Marbaugh
Johanna Gertrude Marbaugh, 84, 521 N. Walnut, Celina, died at 3:50 a.m. Jan. 8, 2010, at The Gardens in Celina.
She was born Feb. 22, 1925, in Maria Stein to Henry and Agnes Fullenkamp Streacker. On May 21, 1949, she married Donald B. Marbaugh, who died Nov. 27, 1983.
Surviving are a son, Nicholas (Kris) Marbaugh, Smyrna, Tenn.; a daughter, Kathleen (Ike) Coate, Celina; a brother, Leo (Salome) Streacker, Englewood; three sisters, Antoinette Schlater, Sidney, Mary Phlipot, New Bremen, and Rose Seitz, Coldwater; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a sister, Bernadette Keller.
She was a nurse at Gibbons Hospital from 1940 to 1980 and in private homes. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina, Knights of St. John Auxiliary and Alter Rosary Society.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Richard Riedel officiating. Burial is at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
