At 357 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Fort Recovery, moving southeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and very heavy rain.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible.
Locations impacted include... Greenville, Versailles, Fort Recovery, Ansonia, Burkettsville, North Star, Rossburg, New Weston, Darke County Airport, North Dayton, Rose Hill, Cosmos, Brock, State Route 47 at US Route 127, Eldora Speedway, Willowdell, and Pikeville.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.
Motorists should slow down and use extra caution.

Helen Allen
Helen Emogene Allen, 75, 19100 E. Shelby Road, New Knoxville, died Feb. 19, 2010, at her home.
She was born Nov. 6, 1934, in Great Bend, Meigs County, to Dexter and Helen Proffitt Harris. On May 30, 1952, she married Howard R. Allen, who survives.
Other survivors include five children, Cindy Lou (Michael) Fort, Indianapolis, Ind., Krista Sue (Roger) Wulber, Willowdell, H. Steven Allen, Indianapolis, Ind., Michael C. (Jenny) Allen, New Knoxville, and Daniel H. (Shelby) Allen, New Knoxville; three brothers, Dale (Jean) Harris, Grove Hill, Ala., Paul (Marilyn) Harris, Racine, and Charles (Waynita) Harris, Portland; 12 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
She worked at a bible bookstore in Xenia and at The Way International Bookstore in New Knoxville. She also traveled for the Xenia chapter of the American Red Cross doing presentations on bloodmobiles.
Private services will be held at The Way International.
Contributions can be made in her honor to The Way.

Funeral arrangements are being handled by Vornholt-Miller Funeral Home in New Knoxville.
