* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

William C. Ray
William C. "Bill" Ray, 48, 10170 Burr Oak Road, Wapakoneta, died March 15, 2010, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys.
He was born Oct. 31, 1961, in St. Marys, to Neal Sr. and Phyllis Steinke Ray. His father, his mother and stepfather, Hasroe Ward, all survive in St. Marys.
Also surviving are two sons, William and Jack Ray, both of St. Marys; four brothers, Michael (Fran) Ray, Tarpon Springs, Fla., Dennis (Lynne) Ray, Celina, and James (DeeDee) Ray and Neal Ray Jr., all of St. Marys.
Deceased is a brother, Jeff Ray.
He worked as a coordinator at Honda of America in Anna and was a 1980 graduate of New Knoxville High School.
Rites are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Harold Liess officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery.
Calling is 1-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
