* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Dorotha Ann Shank
Dorotha Ann Shank, 95, died at 6:30 p.m. March 3, 2010, at Otterbein Care Center in Cridersville.
She was born Aug. 22, 1914, in Mercer County, to William Edward and Mary Rosella Snider Grier. On June 6, 1937, she married Elroy G. Shank, who died Nov. 6, 1986.
Surviving are a son, Daryl D. (Susan) Shank, Bel Air, Md.; a daughter, Sondra Sue (Steffen) Smith, Indian Trail, N.C.; four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers, Floyd, Johnny and Gerald Grier; and two sisters, Nellie Metzger and Genevieve Denny.
She was a member of Shawnee United Methodist Church and United Methodist Women. She also was a member of Friends of Otterbein and was a homemaker.
Services are 10 a.m. April 10 at Otterbein Care Center, Cridersville, the Rev. Brian Bucher officiating.
