* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Norman Lee Wolfe
Norman Lee "Harvey" Wolfe, 74, St. Marys, died at 1:22 p.m. March 16, 2010, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born July 7, 1935, in Mercer County, to Francis and Zelma Holdren Wolfe. Surviving is his ex-wife, Mary Jane Meihls Wolfe, Celina.
Also surviving are a son, George Wolfe, Celina; two daughters, Becky Stewart, Celina, and Mary (David) Kobos, Athens, Ga.; two brothers, Gordon (Carolyn) Wolfe, Montezuma, and Dwight (Sue) Wolfe, St. Marys; a sister, Ramona (Bill) Masonbrink, Celina; and four grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Darlene Renee Wolfe, and two brothers, Elmer and Floyd Wolfe.
He retired from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in St. Marys and also drove bus for Celina City Schools for nine years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and attended Celina High School.
Services are 2 p.m. Friday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina, the Rev. Bruce Head officiating. Burial will be at North Grove Cemetery in Celina, with graveside military rites by Celina Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5713 and the American Legion Post 210.
Calling is noon-2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
