* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Snow melt and refreezing overnight has resulted in the development of black ice on roads.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.

Snow showers to continue this morning. Slick spots on area roads will be possible this morning with temperatures below freezing. Motorists can expect rapid changes in visibility when encountering some of the heavier snow showers. Northwest winds gusting up to 30 mph will add to the travel impacts due to blowing and drifting snow.
Roadways may become slick. If traveling, be alert, slow down and allow extra time to reach your destination.

Barbara Loffer
Barbara J. Loffer, 79, 801 W. North St., St. Marys, died at 2:50 a.m. April 1, 2010, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys.
She was born Dec. 21, 1930, to John and Lucille Rose Van Cleve. On May 19, 1951, she married Richard Loffer, who survives.
Also surviving are three children, Craig (Susan) Loffer, St. Marys, Scott (Pam) Loffer, Princeton, W.Va., and Jodi (Kumar) Sivagnanam, St. Marys; two sisters, Marjorie Urhammer, Bowling Green, and Marilee (David) Hitchen, Genoa; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a sister, Joan Nagel.
She worked as a medical transcriptionist at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys. She attended the University of Northwestern Ohio and was a graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School. She attended St. Marys Assembly of God Church.
Services are 1 p.m. Tuesday at Miller Funeral Home in St. Marys, the Rev. John Nunnally officiating. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is noon-1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
