Victor Binkley
Former Rockford area resident Dr. Victor Binkley, 70, of Bluffton, Ind., died Feb. 12, 2010, at his home from pancreatic cancer.

Services are 2 p.m. April 10, 2010, at Zanesville United Methodist Church, Zanesville, Ind.
