* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Snow melt and refreezing overnight has resulted in the development of black ice on roads.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.

Snow showers to continue this morning. Slick spots on area roads will be possible this morning with temperatures below freezing. Motorists can expect rapid changes in visibility when encountering some of the heavier snow showers. Northwest winds gusting up to 30 mph will add to the travel impacts due to blowing and drifting snow.
Roadways may become slick. If traveling, be alert, slow down and allow extra time to reach your destination.

Kenneth Luginbill
Kenneth Leroy Luginbill, 83, Willshire, died at 4:30 p.m. April 1, 2010, at Van Wert County Hospital.
He was born Feb. 26, 1927, in Adams County, Ind., to Roy and Goldie Bollenbacher Luginbill. On Feb. 22, 1958, he married Clara Louise Schott, who died Oct. 8, 2002.
Surviving are two sons, Jeff (Sara) Luginbill, Willshire, and Scott (Jill) Luginbill, Rockford; a daughter, Ruth (Charles) Whitten, Willshire; two brothers, Vern Luginbill, Decatur, Ind., and Dean (Helen) Luginbill, Rockford; three sisters, Leona Amburgy, Willshire, Norma Jean (Charles) Fuson, Celina, and Mary Luginbill, Chattanooga; and six grandchildren.
Deceased is a son, Kenneth Luginbill Jr.
He was a life-long farmer, Black Creek Township trustee for 28 years and former employee of International Harvester, Fort Wayne, Ind. He was a member of St. Paul's Church of Christ, Rockford, where he served on the church board numerous years. He was recognized as Farmer of the Year in 1999 by soil and water conservation.
Services are 10 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. Catherine Castello officiating. Burial is at St. Paul's UCC.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Monday and 9-10 a.m. Tuesday at the church.

Services are being handled by Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford.
