Thomas Hausfeld
Thomas L. Hausfeld, 50, Springboro, died April 1, 2010, in a plane crash in Dayton.
He married Lori Hausfeld, who survives.
Also surviving are a daughter, Alexis "Ali" Hausfeld, Springboro; his parents, Linie and Marie Hausfeld, Minster; two brothers, Doug (Elaine) Hausfeld and Brad (Chris) Hausfeld; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Vernon and Treva Barhorst; several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Glen (Jeannie) Barhorst, Randy (Denise) Barhorst, Mark (Vicki) Barhorst, Elaine (Jay) Sargeant, Theresa (John) Buschur and Mitch (Jill) Barhorst.
Deceased is a daughter, Kacie Hausfeld.
He was co-owner of Auto Disposal Systems, Inc., before selling the business in 2006. He was a former national President of American Salvage Pool Association. He served on the Alter school Board of Trustees. He was a graduate of Minster High School and attended the University of Toledo.
Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Henry Catholic Church in Dayton. Burial is at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at St. Augustine Cemetery in Minster.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. today at the St. Henry Parish Activity Center in Dayton.
