Grand Lake algae toxin levels fall below threshold for recreational safety

ST. HENRY - Celina rebounded after giving up four runs in the bottom of the first to force extra innings, then scored twice in the 10th frame for a 7-6 over St. Henry in a nonleague Mercer County battle.
