* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Preble, Ross, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Another round of showers and thunderstorms is expected to move through the region Saturday into Saturday night. Given the saturated ground, additional heavy rainfall may result in flash flooding.

Roy T. Hand, Sr.
Roy T. Hand Sr., 70, Wapakoneta, died 11:30 a.m. April 13, 2010, at his home.
He was born Feb. 12, 1940, in Sarasota, Fla., to Roy Carlton and Ludie P. Bass Hand. On June 12, 1971, he married Frances Feild Mcilwaine, who survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Roy T. (Sandy) Hand Jr., Wapakoneta, Robert Lee (Sherri) Hand and Richard Allen Hand, all of Celina; two brothers, William C. Hand, Bartow, Fla., and Roy Colain Hand, Anniston, Ala.; two sisters, Elizabeth Hand Wilson, Lavonia, Ga., and Hazel Jean Benton, Ellenton, Fla.; 14 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a grandson, Larry Wine, and a brother, Hugh Twiggs.
He retired as a major in the U.S. Army. He served two tours of duty in Vietnam. He was a lifetime member of Disabled American Veterans, Veterans of Foreign Wars and American Veterans, all of Florida.
Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home in Wapakoneta, the Rev. Tony Derr officiating. Burial with military rites is at Greenlawn Cemetery in Wapakoneta.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions can be made to Grand Lake Hospice, James Cancer Hospital or the American Cancer Association.
