* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Rosetta Meyer
Rosetta V. Meyer, 94, Minster, died at 2:30 a.m. Aug. 17, 2010, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys.
She was born Jan. 3, 1916, in Versailles to Bernard and Elizabeth Heckman Leugers. In 1940, she married John Smith, who died Dec. 7, 1942, at Pearl Harbor. On Nov. 13, 1943, she married Robert Meyer, who died Nov. 5, 2005.
Surviving are three children, Thomas (Nancy) Meyer, Minster, Sharon (Harry) Pettigrew, Atlanta, Ga., and Robert Meyer, Springfield; two sisters-in-law, Loretta Rempke, Minster, and Mary Leugers, Minster; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a sister, Elizabeth Smith; and five brothers, Clem, Joseph, Edward, Alfred and Herbert Leugers.
She was a member of the St. Augustine Church in Minster. She retired from Crown Equipment Corp. in New Bremen.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Friday and 9-9:30 a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Minster.
Memorials can be made to Father Rick's Mass and McDonalds.
