During the predawn hours, winds will increase ahead of a low pressure system moving east through the lower Great Lakes. Gusts of 30 to 40 mph are expected through this afternoon, possibly gusting to 45 mph in a few spots. Wind is expected to decrease overnight but remain relatively strong at 20-25 mph this evening.
Please be aware of these strong winds especially if driving a higher profile vehicle. Secure loose outdoor objects and shore up seasonal decorations if possible.

Debra Henderson
Debra Ann Henderson, 49, Lima, died at 3 a.m. Aug. 16, 2010, at her home.
She was born May 24, 1961, in Lima to Dale and Nancy Twining Henderson, who both survive in Lima.
Also surviving is a son, Maxwell (Alicia) Henderson, Celina; a daughter, Maranda Taylor, Lima; a brother, Rex Henderson, Lima; two sisters, Jane (Billy) Glassey, Vincinnes, Ind., and Sally Henderson, Lima; and two grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, Roy Henderson.
She worked at The Pharm, the Mary Ann Brown Residential Facility, Western Sizzlin and Golden Coral. She was a member of the Lima Community Church of the Nazarene. She was an advocate of the Dorcas Ministry and a member of the Women's Bible Study.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Daniel Huckins officiating. Burial is at Memorial Park Cemetery in Lima.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Sunday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima.
