* WHERE...In Indiana, Wayne County. In Ohio, Auglaize, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, and Shelby Counties.
* WHEN...Until noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 6 and 9 inches.
* WHERE...Auglaize, Hardin, and Mercer Counties.
* WHEN...From 10 AM Saturday to noon EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.

Eric Vann

Eric Lee Vann, 34, Celina, died Oct. 29, 2010.

His father Michael (Darlene) Vann and his mother Debra (Mark Brashear) survive. He married April Williams, who is deceased.

Also surviving is a daughter, Montanna Vann; two sons, Derrick and Dilon Vann; five sisters, Amy Burnette, Amanda Brashear, Amber Bolenbaugh, Ashley and Shelia Vann; two brothers, Marc and Matthew Brashear.

He was a 1994 graduate of Parkway High School in Rockford. He worked at Krendl Machine. He was a member of the Ohio Progressive Sportsman Club in Fort Recovery.

Calling is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at Baker-Hazel & Snider Funeral Home in Dayton.

Memorials may be made to a fund for the children's education, c/o Debra Brashear.
