Richard Plummer
Richard E. Plummer, 74, Lima, died at 4:42 p.m. Oct. 30, 2010, at his home.
He was born April 15, 1936, in Lima, to William G. and Frances Coolidge Plummer. On Aug. 26, 1956, he married Jane Lotz, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Todd Plummer, Lima, and Brad (Emily) Plummer, Algonquin, Ill.; a daughter, Brenda (David) Jacobs, Bay Village; 10 grandchildren and two step-grandchildren.
He worked as a distributor for Mac Tools and had worked at the former New Idea in Coldwater. He was a member of Westview United Methodist Church in Cridersville.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Chiles-Laman Funeral Homes in Shawnee, the Rev. Mark Burden officiating. Burial is at St. Matthews Cemetery in Lima.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to St. Rita's Hospice or CH-KI-LO Food pantry at Westview United Church.
