* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following counties, in west central Ohio, Auglaize, Darke, Mercer and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 700 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 356 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Fort Loramie, New Bremen, Minster, Newport, New Knoxville, Russia, Osgood, Willowdell, Chickasaw, Kettlersville, Yorkshire, Lake Loramie State Park, Egypt, Maria Stein, Mccartyville and Houston.

Harry Wolfe
Harry Thomas Wolfe, 85, Bluffton, Ind., died at 3:54 p.m. Dec. 20, 2010, at Meadowvale Nursing Home in Bluffton, Ind.
He was born Feb. 7, 1925, in Ada, to Charles and Goldie Black Wolfe.
Surviving are three sons, Rodney and Charles. both of Bluffton, and John Richards, Tacoma, Wash.; a stepson, Russell (Kara) Alberson, Fort Wayne, Ind.; four daughters, Cynthia Baker, Cridersville, Cheryl Coppler, Wilshire, Pam Mullett, Cridersville, Ann (William) Sherman, Ada; three stepdaughters, Connie Alberson, Spencerville, Sandra Copeland, Lima, and Deborah (J.R.) Ordonia, West Virginia; a brother, Neil Wolfe, Tampa, Fla.; and 24 grandchildren.
Deceased is a daughter, Mary Mullett; a son-in-law, Chris Coppler; two brothers, Chuck and Ned Wolfe; and three sisters, Vivian Richards, Lela Roberts and Imogene Perkins.
He graduated from Ada High School in 1943. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II and was a Prisoner of War in Germany. He worked at Lima Iron and Metal, John Athee Sawmill in Ada, Superior Metal in Wapakoneta and as a security guard at Pinkerton.
A graveside funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at North Grove Cemetery in Celina, the Rev. Steve Clayton officiating. Military honors will be given by the Celina Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5713 and the Celina American Legion Post #210.
