* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following counties, in west central Ohio, Auglaize, Darke, Mercer and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 700 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 356 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Fort Loramie, New Bremen, Minster, Newport, New Knoxville, Russia, Osgood, Willowdell, Chickasaw, Kettlersville, Yorkshire, Lake Loramie State Park, Egypt, Maria Stein, Mccartyville and Houston.

ROCKFORD - For the second straight year, the boys' championship of the Chatt Insurance Holiday Tournament came down to the host Parkway Panthers and St. Marys Roughriders.
And for the second straight year, the big trophy was put on a bus to Auglaize County as the Roughriders won their fourth straight game, 52-45 over the Panthers. [More]

ARCANUM - An area teen was killed Wednesday after his clothing became tangled in a manure spreader.
John M. Warner, 16, of Arcanum, was pronounced dead shortly after 2:30 p.m. in a field along Delisle-Fourman Road in Darke County.
VAN WERT - Area artist Kay Sluterbeck has a fun art project for kids and adults to try this winter season.
Sluterbeck, who works at Wassenberg Art Center in Van Wert, suggests making an imitation of an amate painting.
