* WHEN...Until 445 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1044 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Nancy Sommers
Nancy Sommers, 75, Waterloo, Ind., died July 11, 2011, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.
She was born Dec. 18, 1935, in Celina, to Herschel C. and Neoma L. Bailey Daugherty. On July 2, 1955, she married Clifford C. Sommers, who died Oct. 15, 2009.
Surviving are three sons, Jonathan "Jon" C. Sommers, Derby, Kan., Scott A. (Robin) Sommers, New Lenox, Ill., and Todd M. (Bonnie) Sommers, Auburn, Ind.; a sister, Marilyn J. (Rick) Giere, Celina; and a grandchild.
She was a member of Waterloo United Methodist Church where she was the grade school pianist, taught Sunday school and held several offices in United Methodist Women's group. She was a member of Country Charm Home Extension Club, the Red Hat Honey "Beas", Waterloo Kitchen Band and the DeKalb County Democratic Women's organization.
She had worked at St. Joe Hospital, Fort Wayne, Northern Indiana Fuel and Light, Auburn, and Tri State University, Angola.
Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at Feller and Clark Funeral Home, Waterloo, the Revs. David Mathews and Ralph Diehl officiating. Burial is 3 p.m. Saturday at Riverside Cemetery, Rockford.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
