* WHEN...Until 445 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1044 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Neal Heyman
Neal Robert Heyman, 48, Fenton, Mich., died July 16, 2011, at his residence following a nine-year battle with cancer.
He was born Oct. 27, 1962, in Mequon, Wis., to Robert and Elnamae Roeseler Heyman. His mother survives in Cedarburg, Wis.; his father is deceased. On Oct. 21, 2000, he married former New Bremen resident Lori Kittel, who survives.
Also surviving are two brothers, Craig Heyman, Cedarburg, Wis., and Michael (Cindy) Heyman, Germantown, Wis., and a sister, Denise (Keith) Van Engel, Cedarburg.
Also deceased are his in-laws, Richard and Alice Kittel.
He was a 1981 graduate of Homestead High School in Mequon. Wis., attended Milwaukee School of Engineering and graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee in 1991 with a degree in metallurgical materials engineering. He was employed by Delphi Automotive and recently with General Motors. He was a member of Fenton United Methodist Church.
Services are 7 p.m. Thursday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, Fenton, Mich., the Rev. Jeremy Peters officiating.
Calling is 3-7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
