* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following counties, in west central Ohio, Auglaize, Darke, Mercer and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 700 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 356 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Fort Loramie, New Bremen, Minster, Newport, New Knoxville, Russia, Osgood, Willowdell, Chickasaw, Kettlersville, Yorkshire, Lake Loramie State Park, Egypt, Maria Stein, Mccartyville and Houston.

Lfrieda Toth
Lfrieda Toth, 94, Celina, died Sept. 10, 2011, at her residence.
She was born Aug. 16, 1917, in Delta, to Fred and Edith Culley Raker. In September 1934, she married John Toth, who died April 16, 1998.
Surviving are two sons, Mike Toth, St. Marys, and John Toth, Toledo; two daughters, Delores Wuebker, and Garnet (Ric) Babb, all of Celina; 10 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Shirley Bost; two grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
A 1935 graduate of Delta High School, she retired from TuWay Products Company, Rockford.
Private family services are planned. Burial will be in Raker Cemetery, Delta.
Arrangements are being handled by Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
