* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following counties, in west central Ohio, Auglaize, Darke, Mercer and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 700 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 356 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Fort Loramie, New Bremen, Minster, Newport, New Knoxville, Russia, Osgood, Willowdell, Chickasaw, Kettlersville, Yorkshire, Lake Loramie State Park, Egypt, Maria Stein, Mccartyville and Houston.

Carmen Wallick
Former Celina resident Carmen Doris Myers Wallick, 93, Pinehurst, N.C. died Aug. 5, 2011, in North Carolina.
She was born Nov. 3, 1917, in St. Henry, to Walter Darist and Altha Belle Davis Myers. On Aug. 2, 1942, she married Kenneth Wallick, who died in February 1994.
Surviving are a son, Keith (Lydia) Wallick, Silver Springs, Md.; two brothers, Forest (Reba) Myers, and Roger (Vonoly) Myers, all of Fort Wayne, Ind.; and a granddaughter.
She was a member of Christ Fellowship Church, Southern Pines, N.C. She taught Sunday School, was a Red Cross volunteer and also volunteered in various nursing homes and hospitals.
Services were held Aug. 11, 2011, at the church, the Rev. Jim Thyne officiating.
Memorials may be made to Mercer County Red Cross, CALL Food Pantry, St. John Builders or to the Christ Fellowship Church, 1425 Midland Road, Southern Pines, NC 28374.
