* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected through Wednesday. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Mildred Heckler
Mildred M. "Millie" Heckler, 81, Celina, died at 1:45 p.m. Oct. 5, 2011, at Butler Warren County Hospice, Franklin.
She was born Feb. 20, 1930, in Chickasaw to Joseph and Caroline Heitkamp Eyink. On Feb. 20, 1960, she married Earl "Tiny" Heckler, who died Nov. 6, 1998.
Survivors are a daughter, Shirley (Kevin) Braden, Hamilton; two brothers, Elmer (Marie) Eyink, Coldwater, and Victor (Marlene) Eyink, Coldwater; three sisters, Marie Eyink, Cincinnati, Virginia (Michael) Burd, Cincinnati, and Alvina Fox, Columbus; and a granddaughter.
Deceased is a brother, John Eyink; and a sister, Rita Buening.
She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina, and its Altar Rosary Sodality. She retired in 1967 from the former Huffy Bicycle Corp., Celina.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Ken Alt officiating. Burial is at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina.
