* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected through Wednesday. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Alan Felver
Alan E. Felver, 81, Rockford, died at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 4, 2011, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born May 9, 1930, in Celina to Basil and Lela Snyder Felver. On Dec. 1, 1951, he married Carolyn J. Agler, who died May 15, 2010.
Survivors are a son, Bruce (Glenna) Felver, Celina; three daughters, Diane Felver, Celina, Debi Felver, Celina, and Brenda (Dave) Krugh, Willshire; a brother, Jack (Jan) Felver, Zanesfield; a sister, Laurabel (Clifford) Bollenbacher, Marion; nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War and a 1948 graduate of the former Rockford High School. He retired from Cron Tire & Supply and Fisher Implement John Deere. He was a member of the Chattanooga United Methodist Church and served as a Sunday school teacher. He was a member of Chatt Grange and the Chatt Volunteer Fire Department, serving as chief for 27 years.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Robert Ellis officiating. Burial is at Kessler Cemetery, Chattanooga.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
