Periods of light snow along with scattered snow showers will continue through the overnight and into Thursday morning. Accumulations are expected to be light, however, with dropping temperatures, slick spots will be possible for the Thursday morning commute. Some snow showers may produce a quick few tenths to a half inch of accumulation, which would increase the potential for slick spots in localized areas. If traveling, use caution, as road conditions could quickly change across short distances and on elevated surfaces like bridges and overpasses.

Margaret Henschen
Margaret S. Henschen, 89, New Knoxville, died at 11:15 p.m. Oct. 4, 2011, at the St. Marys Living Center.
She was born June 7, 1922, to William and Sara Bierbaum Henschen.
Survivors include a sister-in-law, Betty Henschen, New Knoxville; nine nieces and nephews; and numerous great-nieces and nephews.
Deceased are two sisters, Velma Elshoff and Miriam Henschen, and a brother, Josea Henschen.
She graduated from New Knoxville High School in 1940 and from International Business College, Fort Wayne, in the same year. She worked 36 years as an executive secretary at Avco New Idea Corp. in Coldwater.
She was a member of the First United Church of Christ, New Knoxville, and volunteered in the Sunday school department. She was a member of the Ladies Guild of the church, was a charter member of the New Knoxville Historical Society and was a member of the Joint Township District Memorial Hospital Guild.
Funeral rites are 2 p.m. Saturday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Dennis Gaertner officiating. Burial will follow at Pilger Ruhe Cemetery New Knoxville.
Calling is 12-2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to St. Marys Living Center Activity Fund or Grand Lake Hospice.
