* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette IN, Franklin IN, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union IN and Wayne, the following counties, in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette OH, Franklin OH, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union OH and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Noel 'Charlie' Leininger
Noel C. "Charlie" Leininger, 78, of Celina and formerly of Wabash, died at 10:02 p.m. Oct. 9, 2011, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born Aug. 21, 1933, in Adams County, Ind., to Ott and Emma Smith Leininger. He married Cora VanTilburg, who is deceased. On June 5, 1992, he married Sally Rines, who survives in Celina.
Also surviving are children, Mark (Jeanette) Leininger, Celina, Linda (Jon) Vondenhuevel, Celina, Randy (Selena) Bost, Pennville, Ind., Tim (Pat) Bost, Portland, Ind., John (Sandy) Bost, Pennville, and Adam (Sheri) Bost, Portland; brothers-in-law, Dick (Jean) Rines, Portland, and Curt (Mary) Rines, Ridgeville, Ind.; 17 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Deceased are in-laws, Clyde Lewis Rines and Jane Rines.
He graduated in 1952 from Celina High School and in 1955 from Rupert School of Auctioneering. He was a 4-H leader and adviser for 20 years and raised pure bred Duroc hogs. He was owner/operator of Noel C. Leininger Auctioneer business in Wabash and was a bus driver for Celina City Schools, retiring in 1970. He was an active sponsor and exhibitor of antique tractors at the Mercer County Fair.
He was sexton for Wabash Cemetery, Macedon Cemetery, State Line Cemetery, Live Oaks Cemetery and St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery.
Service is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. John Lutheran Church, Celina, the Rev. Jeff Gramza officiating. Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, and one hour before service at the church Thursday.
Memorials may be made to St. John's Building Fund.
