* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette IN, Franklin IN, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union IN and Wayne, the following counties, in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette OH, Franklin OH, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union OH and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

George Koester
George F. Koester, 98, died at 4:15 a.m. Oct. 10, 2011, at Otterbein Senior Lifestyle Choices, St. Marys.
He was born May 14, 1913, in Minster, to Joseph and Elizabeth Drees Koester. On Oct. 9, 1941, he married Alvira Leisner, who died Jan. 22, 2008.
Surviving are two daughters, Ann (Bill) Ernst, Minster, and Sue (Kurt) Kremer, Minster; a sister, Rita (Walter) Kremer, Dayton; six grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two sisters, Henrietta Woehler and Lorena Minoque.
He was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, the church choir and Minster VFW. He was a veteran of World War II and had worked at Post Printing for 40 years.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with full military honors provided by Minster Firing Squad.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Thursday and 9-9:30 a.m. Friday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
