Cleo Ponds
Cleo M. Ponds, 93, Toledo, died Oct. 25, 2011, at Colonial Nursing Center, Rockford.
She was born Aug. 3, 1918, in Toledo, where she had lived before coming to Rockford in 1978.
Surviving are children Lee Ponds, Toledo, Deborah Henley, Cleveland, and Vivian Ponds, Toledo; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She had worked as a nurse's aide.
Service is 3 p.m. Friday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Kenneth Alt officiating.
Calling is 2 p.m.-3 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
