Eastern Shelby County in west central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 245 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1146 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... MARIA STEIN - Fewer schools will be earning excellent and excellent with distinction rankings on school district report cards this year due to the state changing its accountability system.
More than 350 schools out of 609 received the state's top two ratings - excellent or excellent with distinction - last year. Only about 2 percent are expected to get those ratings when the state rolls out its new system this year. [More]
